  21. This file requires VBRUN300.DLL (Visual Basic Runtime). To find it, type VBRUN RUNTIME on the search form that comes up  then you click the Software Search icon on the main menu of the Windows Forum. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL or VBRUN200.DLL.

Notes: To install, decompress TIES14A.ZIP & TIES14B to the same directory. Exit to DOS and run the included INSTALL.EXE.  Return to Windows and run the file TIES1.EXE from the X:\TIES1 Directory {Where X = the drive you chose to install TIES Export Manager. This last step will automatically create the Program Manager Group for TIES Export Manager.
